Filed under I've learned recently that white didn't become a popular wedding color until the 1950s So now I'm wondering when short skirted wedding dresses went out of style again Because really I think they were only in style for the 60s and 70s But I think they should come back in style whenever I get married (if I ever do) so I can wear something I like And something that looks good on me Which would basically be this And it only works if it's in style otherwise someone will think I'm a bridesmaid At my own wedding On a related topic I would turn that belt around so the bow was in the back I think that would look nicer dresses weddings wedding dresses fashion 1960s

Filed under this is beautiful and I love the design but at the same time I'm so fixated on all the historical inaccuracies Yes I know it's a modern interpretation on flapper fashion But I can't help but notice all the differences anyway And that's kind of cool too because then you can see the hallmarks of the modern era like where the waist is and where the hem is and the... Those shoes are sooooo 2010s Did you know I could have been a fashion design student? Maybe I should have been Haha no But if I were a Historian fashion would be my primary focus Oh god now I want to be a time traveling fashion expert anyway fashion dresses 2010s
