Casye, I want one. …but not for 230 dólares. But I want an organizer where I can write notes and menu plans and I want a key hook. They can be together or separate, but I’m just saying that I would like to have them both. But not with chalk because chalk makes my skin crawl.

That I would. I was looking at this and thinking “I’ll never run out of bookshelf space again!”

I’m thinking of buying this desk from IKEA. Any opinions, or better desks in mind? I’ve looked at Walmart and Target, but haven’t found anything I like under $125. I’d like a desk with a hutch thing that could house a desktop computer (with big ol’ tower).

Hahaha. True. I really like this desk, it’s one of the IKEA desks I wanted (before my mom went out and bought me a desk without asking my opinion first). I think it’s nice because it has the open bottom for feet/cords that some desks don’t (why, btw? I never understood a desk without open space underneath. WHERE DO YOUR FEET GO?). For you, it’s nice because the bottom cabinet could house the tower. You also have two drawers, which is handy (and not ugly like my open space “drawer”). You have shelves on the side and the shelf on the top is nice because it’s open, therefore you can put things up there that might be too tall for other shelves (like textbooks). My favorite part, though, is that the backboard for the computer space is also a dry erase board. That’s ballin.

That is way more than you wanted, but you did ask for my opinion on something from IKEA.

This is the quintessential picture for my apartment. Butterflies, on a page of the dictionary, in a solid black frame (my favorite). I need this in my life as soon as possible.
